The Energy Inc. Scientist is the inside man feeding information to the player about the situation at Energy inc. the scientists true identity is never reviled as he is afraid of what Green Tech ( Jacobs & Jacobs ) may do to him if the found out he was feeding information to their greatest threat to the existence of Jacobs & Jacobs. The scientist is very important as he is the first person the player gains any useful information from about the mission the have been sent on.

Agent CC12 Code Named Black Sparrow is one of the top field agents at Calling Card. Black Sparrow has resent foiled several high profile secret operations from Jacobs & Jacobs and is at the top of the most wanted list. When the player starts playing as Black Sparrow they fin them selves an a world that is falling apart and at across roads as to why this mission is so easy and wondering if this is a trap for them selves.

Green Tach, although a company is as much of a character as any other person character in calling card. For this calling card mission Green Tech is represented by the female evil psychopath code named merchant of misery ( short name Mom). This female character has no name just like all top ranking officials of Jacobs&Jacobs, but to the public she is miss Jacobs. The role of miss Jacobs as mas of Green Tech
